Plastic in Our Environment

Each year we are drinking 30 billion throw-away bottles of water worldwide.  That is 2.7 MILLION TONS of plastic!  If you put the bottles end to end, they would go around the world more than 150 times, and that is every single year. 

Even with all of the recycling programs, so many of these bottles are still being thrown away, leading to a huge plastics pollution problem. Bottles burried in landfill can take up to 1000 years to biodegrade and millions of tons of plastics are making their way into our oceans.  It is calculated that there is currently 3 million tons of plastic waste floating in our oceans! 

It is calculated that by the year 2020 approximately 7.25 million tons of plastic will be floating in our oceans.  According to scientists this would take 79,000 years to be cleaned up!  We need to act now. Please do your part to reduce plastic waste.

Co-branding - orders 12 +. We can co-brand our products with your logo and this can be done on all our stainless steel ECOtanka single wall and double walled vacuum bottles. The bottles have our ECOtanka logo on one side of the bottle and your company logo can go anywhere on the other side of the bottle. Standard ECOtanka information is laser printed on the bottom of all bottles in small text.

Shared-branding
Bottle & Lids - orders 120-480. We can share-brand our products with your logo and this can be done on all of our stainless steel ECOtanka single wall and double walled vacuum bottles, also our stainless steel lids. Only your company logo will be on the bottles and the Standard ECOtanka information will be laser printed on the bottom of all bottles in small text.  (direct from factory)

Laser printing is available in white or black laser.

Packaging - all orders at this stage will be delivered in our ECOtanka Environmentally Friendly packaging along with an ECOtanka care instruction sheet. All products are protected with an environmentally friendly paper bag.

Shared-branding packaging - all orders will be delivered with an ECOtanka care instruction sheet. All products are protected with an environmentally friendly paper bag and packaging will include a 6 pack inner carton which will include 4 inner cartons to a shipping carton.

Full-branding - orders 3,000+. We can do full branding of your logo on all ECOtanka Products including bottles, lids, cups, lunchboxes and covers with full packaging designed as per your requirements. ECOtanka brand will not be displayed on any product.

Full-branding packaging - all orders will be delivered with a personalised care instruction sheet. All products are protected with an environmentally friendly paper bag along with a full colour printed personalised box or custom printed 6 pack inner carton. All orders will have a fully custom designed shipping carton. Any other requirements can be included.

ECOtanka Mega Stainless Steel Lid

The ECOtanka Mega Stainless Steel Lid is a full stainless steel lid made from 304 stainless steel with a solid stainless steel handle.  This lid is BPA FREE, it is also BPS & BPF FREE.  

This lid ONLY  fits the megaTANKA bottle.  This lid is pure metal.

ECOtanka Mega Stainless Steel Lid Advantages

The mega stainless steel lid was designed to be leak proof and give that pure clean stainless steel look that matched the bottles.   This lid special feature is the out top part of the lid covers the top rim part of the bottle which helps keep it clean and safer for you to drink directly from the bottle.  The advantages of this lid are as follows:

Lid Specifications

The ECOtanka mega stainless steel lid is made from 304 stainless steel.

The stainless steel classic lid has 4 parts, which are made from different materials as follows:
   - The main body top and bottom is made from 304 18/8 stainless steel.  Origin: China.
   - The solid handle is made from 304 18/8 stainless steel.  Origin: China.
   - The silicone seal is of high-quality food-grade silicone. Origin: Germany.

 This lid is BPA, BPS, BPF FREE, also free from Antimony (sb), DEHA, DEHP & Phthalate.

All of our materials are tested once every 5 years with an independent third-party lab, SGS Shanghai China.  All material orders are tracked and traced using a BOM (Bill of Materials) system so we can trace back to the raw supplier for any problem that we may find for its safety.  2018, July SGS Report ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Care Instructions:

ECOtanka mega stainless steel lid is a very-easy-to-care lid, simply wash and rinse well the same as for your dishes.   This lid should not be put in a dishwasher.  Due to the 2 handle holes in the side of the lid, this lid should not be submerged under water.
